great stay with minor issues

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable! I loved the variety at breakfast, as it offered high-quality options, perfect for starting the day right. The rooftop area provided a stunning city view that made my evenings delightful. The beach is a mere minute's walk away from the hotel.

While the overall experience was enjoyable, the pool area felt cramped during peak times.

Our entire experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness in the pool area, with debris and dirt accumulating that clearly showed poor upkeep. The water from our shower was disgusting, turning brown and then yellow, which was a health hazard. To add to the mess, a staff member was incredibly unhelpful when my partner requested late access to the gym, acting angrily as we dealt with my dehydration. We felt completely neglected during a difficult time.

The rooftop pool area was our sanctuary! The cocktails were heavenly, and the staff, especially Claudia, were exceptionally welcoming, making our vacation truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a braw time with a big private terrace and smashing staff who were always keen to help. Loved the pool area, but watch out for the occasional lack of sunbeds. a cracking holiday!

i had a pleasant stay at the balanguera. the twin room with partial sea view was clean and well-equipped, featuring a nicely designed sink and a fantastic shower. breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety, and the staff were quick to clear our plates. the rooftop bar with a pool was a lovely spot to relax.

One annoying experience was the lack of bottled water in the room. We were surprised by the extra charges for the safe box, which felt unnecessary.
